- Account Data: Name, email address, company details, and authentication credentials.
- Client Portfolio Data: Holdings, weights, cost basis, and other operational data uploaded via statements or CSVs. This data is strictly segregated and used solely to run your requested optimizations.
- Usage Data: Analytical data on how you interact with our platform to help us improve performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Pack Analytics platform.
- To execute portfolio transition analyses as requested by you.
- To communicate with you regarding updates, support, or security alerts.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data or your clients' portfolio data to any third parties.
3. Data Security and Enterprise Protection
We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 standard encryption.
- Compliance: Our infrastructure and operational processes are audited against SOC 2 Type II strict compliance standards.
- Isolation: Processing happens in secure, isolated environments ensuring no cross-tenant data leakage.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data and portfolio configurations only as long as necessary to provide the Service to you. You have the right to request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon request, all associated client portfolio data will be securely and permanently purged from our active systems.
5. Processing Statements
When you upload PDF brokerage statements for extraction, the files are processed transiently in secure memory. The resulting structured data is stored against your account, but the raw PDF files are safely discarded after extraction is complete.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Pack Analytics may use trusted third-party service providers (e.g., authentication providers or hosting services like Google Firebase). These providers are strictly vetted and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and adhere to stringent security requirements.
