Welcome to Pack Analytics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our wealth management optimization and reporting platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be an authorized representative of a registered investment advisor or financial institution to use the Service.
• You agree not to misuse our platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

2. Data Privacy and Security

We take the security of your financial data seriously. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Pack Analytics operates with SOC 2 Type II compliance and AES-256 encryption.

We do not claim ownership of the financial data or client information you process through our platform. You retain all rights to your data.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and proprietary technology within the Pack Analytics platform are the exclusive property of Pack Analytics LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Pack Analytics provides deterministic optimization tools; however, we do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the investment decisions made based on reports generated by our Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PACK ANALYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
